United States / OEM partnership
An approximately ten-year relationship grew from OEM manufacturing into joint development of mainboards, firmware and camera housings. Manufacturing, branded packaging, quality coordination and delivery planning continued alongside the development work.

South America / Tender cooperation
A customer project involved housing, firmware and docking-station changes, plus support for its ANATEL certification process. After three tender rounds, the customer won the bid with our project support.

It depends on the camera and the customization. Tell us your sample quantity and expected order volume so the quotation can separate standard product supply, branding and development work.
Start with a sample discussion. Availability, configuration, cost and timing are confirmed before an order. Define the checks the sample must pass, including firmware, accessories and branding where applicable.
Yes, logo placement, packaging artwork and manual language can be included in the project brief. Provide your artwork and wording so placement, preparation work and approval requirements can be reviewed for the chosen model.
A packaging change and a new hardware or firmware requirement need different schedules. Timing is confirmed after feasibility, sample availability and the approval stages are understood; the quotation will define the agreed schedule.
Share the tender specification, destination, submission date and document list. We review product fit and the available documentation for the exact configuration. Missing requirements are identified; no universal certification or tender-acceptance guarantee is implied.
Compatibility is model- and version-specific. Provide the dock, software edition, interface documentation and intended workflow so they can be reviewed together. A shared connector or similar housing does not establish compatibility.
