Information you provide
Inquiry forms require a subject, email address and message. You may also provide your company, project type, preferred model, target market, estimated quantity and phone or WhatsApp number. We use these details to answer your questions, prepare a quotation or handle a support request. Please only provide information relevant to your request.
Website and campaign information
A business inquiry may include campaign labels and advertising click identifiers from the current landing-page visit. These help our sales team understand which advertisement led to the request. They are included in the inquiry email, not in the website activity totals. Email addresses, phone numbers and message text are not sent through our frontend analytics events.
Security and hosting
The website uses form verification and temporary rate limits to reduce spam and abuse. An IP address may be processed to produce a temporary hashed rate-limit key. Website hosting and security services may separately process connection data and server logs. These records are distinct from our daily activity counters.
Retention and international processing
Inquiry emails, hosting logs and third-party service records have separate retention arrangements from the website activity totals described below. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion. Our company operates in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and service providers may process information outside your country. The applicable arrangements depend on the service and your location.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask how it is used. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify a request before responding. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority with a privacy concern. Do not send identity documents through the general inquiry form unless we have agreed a suitable method with you.
External services and updates
Links to WhatsApp, Amazon and other external websites open services with their own privacy terms. The sections below explain the website services currently integrated here. We may update this notice when these services or our practices change; please check this page for the current information.
Product videos
Some product pages contain embedded YouTube videos. Loading or playing a video connects your browser to YouTube and Google, which may process connection and playback information under their privacy policy. Google privacy policy
Contact and chat
Our inquiry form asks for your subject, email address and message, with optional phone and company details, so we can respond to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
When enabled, live chat is provided by tawk.to and may connect in the background after the page loads, or when you click the chat button. The chat window stays closed until you open it. Chat messages and technical connection information are processed by that service. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive documents through chat.

When inquiry delivery is enabled, submitted details are sent through Tencent QQ Mail to our team mailbox hosted by Google Gmail. The form does not create a customer or lead record in the website database; email providers process and retain the message.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is optional. When you allow it, Google processes website usage information, including page visits, device and connection information, and selected actions. Our analytics events exclude inquiry text, email addresses, phone numbers and company names. Analytics cookies help measure visits; advertising personalization is not enabled by this integration.
You can reject analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics from this integration; it does not delete data already received by Google.
Website activity totals
We keep daily totals of page views, contact actions, download clicks and accepted inquiry or support submissions on our own server, with a 90-day retention schedule. This counter does not use cookies or visitor identifiers, or save IP addresses, full URLs or form answers. These totals are separate from optional Google Analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional browser-action counting, but not operational submission totals. Hosting logs and chat-provider records are handled separately.
