Q1: Unable to Save Files?
- Ensure that recording is stopped before powering off the device.
- Check if the memory card is full or damaged.
Q2: Unstable WiFi Connection?
- Keep the distance between the camera and phone within 5 meters.
- Minimize interference from other WiFi-enabled devices.
- Try force shutting down the camera and reconnecting the WiFi.
Q3: Camera Frozen or Unresponsive?
- Press the Reset button to force restart the device.
