FAQ:
- Camera won’t turn on: Please charge the camera battery for at least 2 hours, then try turning it on again.
- Camera is unresponsive: Press the hod the Power Button for 15 seconds to power off the camera, then restart it.
- Device failed to connect to the computer: Try using a different USB port on your computer or a different USB Type-C cable.
- LEDs do not light up: Check if Stealth Mode is enabled
- Unable to play video files: Use VLC player to play files as some player does not support 4K files.
- If not using the camera for a long time: Make sure to fully charge the battery.
- When the Time Lapse function is enabled, audio recording will not be available.
Yes, if you enable the Time Lapse Video option in the menu, the system will automatically disable the standalone audio recording feature. To enable audio recording, simply turn off the Time Lapse Video function. (Note: In older firmware versions, enabling Time Lapse may cause the device to freeze. If this happens, press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds to force a shutdown, then restart the device and turn off the Time Lapse Video function.)
Firmware Upgrading:
