SPIKECAM A1 Body Camera Training Video

Thank you for ordering our A1 body camera. To ensure proper use of this product, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference. We have also prepared a few minutes of video tutorials below.   • Camera won’t turn on: Please charge the camera battery for at least 2 hours, then try turning it on again.
  • Camera is unresponsive: Press the reset button to power off the camera, then restart it.
  • Device failed to connect to the computer: Try using a different USB port on your computer or a different USB Type-C cable.
  • LEDs do not light up: Check if Stealth Mode is enabled (the power slider is in the LED off position).
  • Recorded video shows abnormal colors occasionally: To improve night vision, we use an 850nm infrared filter. In rare conditions, colors may appear reddish.
  • Battery drains quickly: Check if night vision is turned on. Night vision consumes 200% more battery.
  • Unable to play video files: Use VLC player to play AVI files. We recommend formatting the camera monthly to prevent disk fragmentation from affecting recording performance.
  • If not using the camera for a long time: Make sure to fully charge the battery.
  • Power indicator light sometimes won’t turn on: During long periods of recording or standby, the battery light may go into sleep mode. Press the button once to activate it. Double-clicking the button may also turn on the light. The light will automatically turn off after 5 seconds, so there’s no need to manually turn it off.
